Bouquet of Thanks Book

This book of flowery thank-yous from students is more meaningful to a teacher than a real bouquet. It's easy with an AccuCut book die.

- Tips:
Help students assemble die-cut flower-shaped books to use as spring journals or Mother's Day cards.
- Instructions:
- Cut two flower book shapes from same bright colored paper.
- Cut two additional flower book shapes in contrasting colors. Trim center flower from one shape along perforations and glue to book cover. Trim small flower center from second contrasting color and glue to center of flower.
- Add detail to cover with black marker.
- Cut pages from lined paper.
- Punch two holes on binding edges of book covers and pages, making sure holes match.
- Assemble book covers and pages. Tie with ribbon.
To Learn: Give each student a page from the book. As a class activity, they each can write a note of thanks on the page before inserting between the covers and binding with the ribbon.
