Get Caught Up in Reading

The reading of a book is an intangible accomplishment. Give students a visual, interactive way to review the number of books they've read with this easily-made bulletin board. Simply cut out the webs, names, letters and a spider. Attach them to the board and you're ready to read!

- Tips:
This web die cut often is used as a graphic organizer. The reading bulletin board is a great demonstration of it's other uses.
- Instructions:
- Cover board with Lime Green paper. Cut letters and webs.
- Cut a jumbo spider from Black fuzzy paper or felt.
- Adhere large wiggle eyes onto the spider.
- Print a name for each student in the class and adhere into center of webs.
- Cut books out and write the titles of the books onto the book die cuts.
- When a child reads that book he gets to put that book in his web.
