- Tips:
Use the birthday cake book die to create a gift on each student's special day. Each classmate can contribute a page of good wishes.
- Instructions:
- Cut red front and back covers.
- Cut white frosting portion only. Using scissors, cut along perforation lines and glue frosting to cake.
- Cut enough pages from lined paper so each child has one.
- Cut story-related shapes. Allow children to use as illustrations on pages.
- Cut candles and embellish with variety of die shapes, marker, glitter or crayons.
- Adhere candles to frosting.
- Add title and embellish as desired.
- Stack student-written pages between covers. Bind with paper fasteners, staples, pipe cleaners, etc.
