Love is a flourish of feeling that warms our hearts. This gift tag card design reflects love's warmth in the petals of a rich, red die-cut blossom, with artistic touches lent by swirls, circles and ink. AccuCut dies make this project easy.

Tips:

Don't limit creative die cutting to paper. AccuCut dies will cut anything scissors can cut...and more!

Instructions:
1. Cut chipboard and patterned paper tags.
2. Tear top off of patterned paper tag. Adhere to chipboard tag. Punch hole in center for flower embellishment. Swipe tag edges with red ink.
4. Cut three clear plastic flowers (one of each size on Flower #16 die). Remove protective plastic from both sides of flowers.
5. Pour afew drops of alcohol on top of three flowers and smear with cosmetic pad. This cleans all residue from packaging and allows smooth coverage of ink.
6. Pour drop of ink on each petal (working on one flower at a time). Let ink flow a bit, then put small drop of contrasting color on petals. Use cosmetic sponge to move ink around flower petals until evenly covered. Let dry completely.
7. After petals dry, punch holes in centers of flowers. Do not punch holes in flowers before inking, because holes make flowers no longer perfectly flat and difficult to ink.
8. Cut one small brass flower.
9. Bend plastic petals forward one by one and pinch flower petals one by one to create three-dimensional flower.
10. Layer flowers onto brad beginning with small metal flower followed by inked plastic flowers. Begin with smallest flower and end with largest. Attach to tag.
11. Cut two leaves. Fold in half. Ink center fold and edges. Adhere under flower embellishment.
12. Adhere red flourishes.
13. Adhere red tag behind chipboard circle accent. Swipe chipboard circle tag with red ink and write sentiment on tag. Adhere under flower edge.
14. Swipe large chipboard tag with red ink. Tie on fiber.
