Tips:

Mix paint with Mod Podge® sealer to create a distressed look.

Instructions:

1. Using the Lori Train bare•elements die, cut a front from Sateen and a back from Brocade.
2. With a paper trimmer cut two 1” x 12” Brocade strips, two 2 7/8” x 12” strips with the floral print and one 2 7/8” x 3 ¾”.
3. From Rum Raisin, cut three Flourishes two small and one large.  Sand around edges.   Then cut a 4” Roman L from Jacquard.
4. Using a mixture of Modge Podge and a little Chocolate colored paint, start spreading it over the purse using it as a glue for the front and back pieces. Adhere the 1” strips and then the floral strips.
5. Adhere the Flourishes, L, and saying with glue then go over with the Modge Podge. 
6. Using mostly Chocolate colored paint and a little bit of Modge Podge, go back over edges and seams to hide any imperfection.
7. Wrap handle with fibers in similar colors as the case.
