After the year is well under way, this chain shows students just how much they've learned and encourages them to keep up the good work.

Grades:

Pre-K to 6

• Black Fine-Line Marker
• Glue
• Stapler
• Construction Paper

Tips:

Use Puzzle Piece #1 (P1603) in the same way. Connect pieces to make a display around the room.

Instructions:

1. Glue two different colors of construction paper together. Repeat with a variety of colors.
2. Cut paper chain links.

To Learn:
Ask each student to write something he or she learned during the school year onto a link. Students can add details as desired. Assemble chain by inserting links through each other, gluing or stapling ends together. Display in the classroom.
